| Add Snapchat to the list of tech companies laying off workers in 2024.
The messaging app’s parent company, Snap Inc., will lay off over 500 employees, or roughly 10% of its workforce.
Cuts will be made in the first quarter of 2024. The company previously laid off about 1,300 workers in 2022.
A number of major tech companies including Google, Microsoft, and Apple have announced layoffs so far this year. |
