Sheriff’s Office To Hold Hiring Event

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office will host a hiring fair from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday for those anyone in becoming a deputy trainee or deputy sheriff lateral.

A news release issued May 16 indicates required testing for those interested will be conducted on site. HR professionals, background investigators and related personnel will be present to discuss the hiring process and answer questions.
