Bakersfield Police arrested 63-year-old Vernon McCollum and charged him with the murder of A woman found shot at THE Manila Inn Motel on Union Avenue yesterday morning….The woman had moderate injuries and was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead….Her name has not been released…….
