Lyft & Uber Companies Order To Pay Drivers

Uber and Lyft will pay $328 million to settle claims of wage theft by drivers in New York.

The companies were accused of charging drivers for fees and sales tax that should have been paid by customers.

As part of the settlement, the companies will pay drivers outside of New York City a minimum wage of $26 per hour and offer paid sick leave.
