Fatal East Bakersfield Shooting

One person is dead following a shooting in east Bakersfield.

First Responders were called to the area of Harold Way and Chamberlain Avenue near Mercado Latino at around 11 a.m. Saturday for a victim of a shooting.

Kern County Sheriff’s deputies say the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.
