9/11 is a historic moment many Americans can remember like it was yesterday, but for most new Marine recruits, it’s history.
NPR did a feature in honor of the 22nd anniversary of 9/11 and highlighted how the Marines now teach a history lesson about the terrorist attack.
Most of the Marines in this particular history class reported by NPR were born after the attack.
