- An 8-year-old Georgia girl was killed when she was hit by a vehicle while boarding a school bus.
- Police say the victim was crossing the street when she was struck by a driver who had ignored the bus’s stop sign.
- The girl was flown to a hospital but later died. Her name has not yet been made public.
- The driver, 25-year-old Kaylee Andre, is charged with homicide by vehicle.
