Two men arrested for organizing Bakersfield street takeover.

Bakersfield Police have arrested 20 year old Juan Aguilera, and 28 year old Alfonso Mendoza…. both from Bakersfield…for organizing the street takeover at the intersection of McCutchen and Old River roads on Dec. 30th  where 69 people were arrested and 37 vehicles were impounded after performing burnouts and doughnuts in the road.                                         BC
