I’m sure we can all think of things we did as teenagers that now, as adults, we wonder ‘what were we thinking?’ But at least we are alive to wonder about it and to pass our wisdom on to younger people in our charge.

However a Toronto 15 year old is not so lucky. He was riding a subway train with two of his friends when he decided to step outside the car they were in and climb onto the roof of the train car.

He never made it. Authorities say his head hit some unknown object, and died two days later in a local hospital.

Police have classified the incident as “Death by misadventure”.
