Survey Says Too Much Of A Good Thing Is Bad

The Huffington Post says food can make you feel really good, it can also be responsible for making you feel really bad if used improperly.

The Post article named coffee, especially espresso, diet soda, alcohol and highly processed foods as being primarily responsible for some mental health issues if taken in large quantities. The solution, according to the article, is to use them in moderation.

Having too much of any of the five consumables can cause depression and anxiety, the article continues.
