Kern County Man Convicted For Sex Crimes

A Kern County jury has convicted a man on five charges related to sexually assaulting a minor.

Jesus Rocha, 29, was found guilty Monday of rape and other offenses for a sexual assault that happened March 26, 2021.

Authorities say Rocha has a prior rape conviction from 2011 in Oregon.
