KCSO Investigates Fatal Shooting

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that left a man dead Friday evening.
Deputies responded to the 100 block of Fishering Drive near S. Real Rd. and Belle Terrace in southwest Bakersfield at around 6:30 p.m. to find the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
