Fatal South Bakersfield Car Crash Under Investigation

One person has died following a crash in south Bakersfield.

First responders went to East Belle Terrace at Bunting Drive just after 2:30 Saturday morning after someone called 911 to report a car crash in the area.

A vehicle was found in an empty lot where the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
