Drought Forces Reduced Hours For Bakersfield Spray Parks

The City of Bakersfield announces its nine spray parks will have reduced hours this summer due to the drought.

The  parks are set to open on Saturday, May 28th for Memorial Day weekend. Summer hours are 1:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday through Labor Day.

The parks will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays as a means of conserving water.

Hours and days are subject to change based on drought conditions.
