Coroner Identifies Oildale Crash Victim
The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a man killed in a crash in Oildale.
David Allen Roach, 43, died July 12 when his Chevy Silverado collided with another car which was heading northbound on West China Grade Loop and McCray Street.
The California Highway Patrol says Roach was not wearing a seat belt,
