Bakersfield man shoots himself during police standoff……
Bakersfield Police responded to a a home on Colville Avenue t just before 3 oclock this morning because a man armed with a firearm was in the front yard of a home ….. negotiators tried to resolve the incident safely for more than an hour ..but..around 5am …the man shot himself…He was taken to a hospital where he is listed in stable condition……
