Monday's Mutt with Kern County Animal Services

Sunny - 993157

Hello Kern County!

My name is Sunny and I am a sweet and cuddly 3 year old male Chihuahua mix. I came to the shelter on March 16th when a Good Samaritan rescued me from the streets of Bakersfield in the Weedpatch Highway area. I am a little shy at first, but will warm up to you quickly and I promise to steal your heart! I enjoy snuggling, being held and receiving lots of attention. I LOVE treats and am very treat motivated, so I will enjoy learning new things if you involve treats as a reward! Once I get to know people, I love everyone I meet and I also love playing with other little doggies just my size. A home with a doggie friend would be perfect so I can run and play. I would do best in a home with children 12 years old and up. If you think I could be the perfect fit for your family, you can meet me at the Kern County Animal Services’ Bakersfield Shelter located at 3951 Fruitvale Avenue. My adoption fee is just $25 throughout the month of March in honor of the shelter’s 4th Annual Cheers for Chihuahuas event! My adoption fee includes my neuter surgery cost, first set of vaccinations, a microchip and more! Don’t forget to mention my ID number when you visit – 993157!
